Terms & Conditions – Sacelle UG

Welcome to Sacelle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.sacelle.com) and the purchase of any products offered by Sacelle UG (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all sales, deliveries, and services conducted via our online store. Our products are intended exclusively for consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code).

3. Contractual Language
The contract language is English. A German version of these Terms is available upon request.

4. Conclusion of Contract
Placing an item in the cart does not constitute a binding order. A binding contract is concluded when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation via email.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable and are listed in Euros (EUR). Shipping costs will be added during checkout.
Accepted payment methods are those provided by Shopify Payments, including but not limited to:

  • Visa / Mastercard / American Express

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally using trusted courier services. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the destination country. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we are only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties). Any further liability is excluded.

10. Warranty
Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately with a description and supporting images.

11. Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obligated and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Essen, Germany, insofar as legally permissible.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time of your purchase.
